Edmonton Night Clubs Where to Go

LGBT Edmonton Nightlife; Bars & Pubs

Buddy’shttp://www.edmontonplus.ca/edmonton/venues/buddys-pub/buddys-pub_edmonton-1.jpg/image_regular

The oldest of the gay bars in still standing in Edmonton.  This low lighting club is a great place to let your intuitions go and have a good time.  Live DJ’s each night keep you dancing on the multi-level dancefloor until you drop.  Two bars are located downstairs with 2-4 bartenders to make line ups clear out quickly.  This is a great place to cruise guys and dance with your friends.  Wet underwear contests and amateur strips are held during the week. Best day to visit would be Friday nights.

Woodies is a great place to have an afternoon lounge experience, while still being in a comfortable gay bar.  Located directly above buddies; It’s a good place to take a break from the dancing and play a game of pool or sit on one of the three free computers.  Weekly events like bingo, karaoke, and drag shows make this place a great place to chill out downtown.

This is the new kid on the block; opening in September of 2013 this new contender is sure making an impression on Edmonton’s gay scene.  With an all white interior it gives a vibe quite opposite to that of Buddies.  Flashy light systems and steam effects makes this dancefloor a great place to let go and let it all out.  Life DJ’s open to song requests, along with a photographer for Evolutions facebook page (which is entirely optional).  Constant new events and fun dress codes with celebrity porn stars/guest stars/Drag queens including the one and only Rupaul from Rupauls Drag race.  Three different bars with up to 5-6 hot servers. Best day to visit would be Saturday nights.
